Community Connection Series: Thriving through Racial Barriers

October 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The Centre for Student Involvement & Careers is excited to introduce and invite you to participate in our new networking series, Community Connection Series. The Community Connection Series is a networking event that connects students of *equity-seeking populations with industry professionals who have a vested interest in engaging with and mentoring them.

The first event in this series will be focused on connecting racialized students with racialized employers and alumni who will share their insights and advice on how they thrived through their career journey while navigating racial barriers. The event will include a panel session followed by Q&A and an informal virtual networking session with panelists and other employer representatives.
