Copyright & Fair Dealing for Theses & Dissertations

Copyright and Fair Dealing may apply to charts, graphs, photographs or survey instruments you plan on including in your thesis or dissertation. It is important to respect the original author’s copyright.
This workshop will guide you in deciding when you need to request permission, and when you might be able to apply the Fair Dealing Exception.
