Create New Student Orientation

Kick off your first year at UBC with Create new student orientation, your introduction to all things UBCO. With an emphasis on building connections to the people, places, and resources that will support and shape your university experience, our free flagship orientation program is strongly recommended for all first-year students new to UBC’s Okanagan campus. By attending Create, you will get to attend group events and activities, a campus wide kick-off for all new students, and an information fair to showcase student clubs, campus partners, and community organizations.
Registration closes on Friday, September 2 at 5 pm PST, but all new students are welcome to check in on the day of Create even if registration was not completed. Check-in for all students who did not register will happen at Commons Field. All students who register will receive an email Friday evening informing them of their group number and meeting location.
