Creative and Portfolio Day 2023

Creative and Portfolio Day is a chance to learn more about the BFA and BMS programs and facilities through fun, hands-on workshops. Prospective students can get advice on building an entrance portfolio, or obtain pre-approval for the portfolio requirement for the Bachelor of Media Studies or the Visual Arts BFA program.
Join us on January 7, 2023 between 10am and 3pm to meet with instructors Andreas Rutkauskas, Briar Craig, and Katherine Pickering about your portfolio, and to participate in these interactive workshops:
- Drawing workshops with Patrick Lundeen
- 10:30 am – 15 minute Tour and artist talk in the FINA gallery with Connor McKinnon
- 11:00 am and 1:00 pm – Presentation of All The Stars we Cannot See in the VEMS with Megan Smith
- 1:00 pm Printmaking workshops with Briar Craig
- 2:00 pm Motion Capture workshops with Annie Wan
