FHSD hosts Dr. Danny Carroll for his presentation on Hate Requires a Response: Responding to the Growing Threat of White Nationalist and Supremacist Extremism

Racist extremism is a pressing global issue, demanding a new approach to understand radicalization and de-radicalization.

Hosted by the Faculty of Health and Social Development, this presentation will focus on the rise of white nationalist extremism, its roots, and effective responses to combat it.

Keynote Speaker

Dr. Danny Carroll, PhD, MSW, researches white supremacy, social work’s role in countering extremism, anti-racist practices, and race-based trauma.
