Health and Wellbeing: Me Time—Making room for joy

Join Dr. Ellen Choi for this 60-minute Zoom workshop that combines theory from positive psychology frameworks with wisdom traditions such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and energy management.  

This workshop will offer participants practical ways to become more attuned to their inner experience so that they can be more present (and perhaps less chronically depleted) in their work and life. In this experiential workshop, you will try reflection activities, guided meditation, journalling, and breathwork to help you feel your emotions, manage energy, and connect with yourself.

  • The session will not be recorded, but the slides will be shared.
