As part of the festival, Dr. Baron from the University of Toronto—an expert in operations management, business analytics, and service operations—will present Queueing Analytics: Machine Learning, Casual Queueing, and SiMLQ for Data-Driven Simulation. This session will explore how machine learning is transforming queueing analytics, enhancing efficiency, and improving decision-making.
