Let’s Talk Day 2020

On January 29, Bell Canada will donate five cents to mental health initiatives for every text, mobile and long-distance call by Bell customers, tweet using #BellLetsTalk, social media video view, or use of the Facebook frame or Snapchat filter.
Students, faculty and staff at UBC Okanagan can help end the stigma around mental illness on Let’s Talk Day.
VOICE Campus Health Project
Join the VOICE Campus Health Project in the EME Foyer from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or in the UNC main floor from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and help end the stigma around mental illness by sharing positive messages with others and using #BellLetsTalk.
The UBC Okanagan Yoga Club will be hosting an all-level mindfulness yoga session from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in UNC 334. Mats, bolsters and blocks will be available if you don’t have your own gear.
The Mind of Mine Foundation will be hosting a forum in the EME building from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
