Mindful Mondays with Aisha

Join Aisha Tejani for a 20-minute virtual mindfulness session every Monday from January 22 to June 3, you can take part in a single session or multiple sessions.
Facilitator: Aisha Tejani (she/her) completed her 200 Hour Meditation Teacher Training with The Lab of Meditation, accredited with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. She has taught mindfulness to high schools, elementary schools, the community and here at UBC.
