Yoga for Everyone
October 16 at 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

These classes are open to everyone—every body and every ability. They are free to attend and do not require registration. No prior yoga experience is needed.
The sessions offer gentle, easy-to-follow guidance to help you relax, with light background music and instructor cues throughout. Please wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle. A limited number of yoga mats and blocks will be available, but you’re encouraged to bring your own if you prefer.
Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to join.
