Join us during CMHA Mental Health Week for a presentation on mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss the results of several studies on the mental health of Canadian families and university students during different phases of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will also raise questions about mental health going forward and cover some practical communication tips for supporting others.
