Hot Chocolate Chats: Workday Q&A for Students

On Friday afternoons, join us on the couches at Student Connect between 2:00 and 3:30 pm, for your chance to connect with different on-campus resources and find out more about what they do! Enjoy a free hot chocolate and hang out with the Student Connect team plus students and staff from the following areas on campus:
On November 22nd, meet Harshita from the Student Learning Hub to find out more about the free services offered for students, including subject tutoring, supplemental learning, self-guided resources and their upcoming events and workshops! Harshita will be available to answer your questions, and to help connect you to the right resources for you.
On Nov 29th, meet Robyn the Security Manager for Community Safety at UBCO. Do you have questions about self-defense? Looking for some safety tips? Roby can answer your questions about personal and community safety. She also leads self-defense workshops, so be sure to ask her about how to join in!
On Dec 6th, our own Student Connector and Transition Mentor Keeran will be on deck to answer your Workday questions! Do you need help finding where to view your grades or transcripts? How to see if a course has a waitlist? How to update your address? Keeran can offer real-time, in-person assistance, come on by the Student Connect seating area between 2:00 and 3:30 pm.
