Researcher Drop-Ins with the Centre for Scholarly Communication: Research Security & SSHRC Funding Opportunities
Researchers are invited to meet your Okanagan research support team! The Centre for Scholarly Communication (CSC) will be hosting weekly drop-ins to help answer your questions and guide your research.
This session will feature a brief primer and Q&A on the research security guidelines and compliance requirements for SSHRC funding opportunities. Specific attention will be given to the inclusion of Partnership, Partnership Development, and Partnership Engage Grants under the remit of the National Security Guidelines for Research Partnerships and the internal processing and supports for completing Risk Assessment Forms. Discussion topics will be relevant to researchers at either the proposal development/submission stage or those who currently hold a SSHRC grant.
The session will be facilitated by Michael Chuang, Research Security Adviser, VPRO and Chris Hendershot, Research Support Specialist, OVPRI.
