10km Running Program
An event every day that begins at 12:00 am, repeating until July 5, 2021
Join Rachel Garrett, former Heat Cross Country Athlete for a 5-week long ‘virtual’ 10 km training program starting June 1st for only $10!
You will have a group call with Rachel at the beginning of the program where she will outline the training for the program, options for cross-training and an accountability check-in to make sure you are progressing through the training.
The goal is to have you completing a 10km Run with Rec the week of June 28 – July 4th.
