5km Running Program

Join Rachel Garrett, former Heat Cross Country Athlete for a 4-week long ‘virtual’ 5 km training program starting May 3rd for only $10!
You will have a group call with Rachel at the beginning of the program where she will outline the training for the program, options for cross-training and an accountability check-in to make sure you are progressing through the training.
The goal is to have you completing a 5km Run with Rec the week of May 30 – June 5.
And then if you’re keen for more, the 10 km training program will start on May 31st!
