Boxing and Fitness at Mad Katz Boxing

Join UBCO Recreation in partnership with Mad Katz Boxing for 5 weeks of boxing lessons! This class will introduce the participants to the requirements of the sport of boxing. Hand-eye coordination drills, strength conditioning, cardio conditioning, core and the basic skills of boxing will all be incorporated in a fast paced high energy workout.
