CFES Spin Instructor Training

Ready to Spin? This workshop is for group fitness instructors ready to expand their portfolio

Bring your knowledge of teaching group fitness and we will apply it to teaching a spin class. Learn the basics of spin, safety around teaching spin, and the many elements of using the spin bike to create a unique experience for your participants. Whether you want to teach spin or incorporate spin into any combination of classes you teach, this workshop will help you plan for that. Upon completion of this workshop, you will have created your first spin class lesson plan!
