The UBC Okanagan Centre for Teaching and Learning invites you to join us for a series of multi-access workshops from August 15th to the 31st. You have the choice of joining us either in person or online via Zoom.
In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn how to use the Calendar, Announcements, Discussions, Chat, and Mail functions within Canvas to communicate with your students and for students to collaborate. We will explore the general purposes and best practices for using each tool.
Topics will include:
- Discussing the impact of consistent communication practices
- Writing test emails
- Managing communication expectations
