Community of Practice: Innovative Teaching Techniques and Tools

Join the Community of Practice on Innovative Teaching Techniques and Tools for a session exploring the use of Gamification to promote student engagement and motivation. During the first part of this session, Dr. Ramon Lawrence (Professor of Computer Science) will provide a demo of Gamification tools he uses in his classes. For the remainder of the session, participants will be encouraged to share experiences and insights as we engage in collective inquiry and brainstorming regarding use of Gamification to promote student engagement and motivation in our teaching environments.
