The UBC Okanagan Centre for Teaching and Learning invites you to join us for a series of multi-access workshops from August 15th to the 31st. You have the choice of joining us either in person or online via Zoom.
This 90-minute workshop will introduce pedagogical considerations related to course design which can inform course organization in Canvas, specifically through the use of modules.
Topics will include:
- Embedding flexibility and choice into a course
- Creating modules to organize course content, assignments, and quizzes
- Using “required” and “pre-requisite” settings to customize student progression
- Using mastery paths to differentiate learning
