Do you have a new course that you need to design for the next academic year? Are you trying to set aside time to rethink an aspect of an existing course? Here is an opportunity for you to be guided through the step-by-step process of designing a learner-centred course that aligns with your goals and the needs of your program.

The workshop draws on the principles of backward design and is structured around a 4-part process: articulating course scope & context, defining learning outcomes, determining assessments, and selecting instructional strategies. The workshop provides a collaborative space for providing and receiving constructive feedback with the goal for participants to outline a course plan. Co-designers are welcome to attend together. Space is limited so fill out an application form soon!
