Eminence Program Info Session

July 26 at 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Program Info Session:

Learn more about the goals of the Eminence Program, lessons learned from existing Clusters, the revised evaluation criteria, and the new Cluster-Building Grant. Guidance on budget development, eligible expenses, annual reporting requirements, and a short-form CV will also be provided.

The Eminence competition was established by the Office of the Vice-Principal, Research and Innovation to support the development of clusters of research excellence at UBC Okanagan.

The Eminence Program is specifically intended to catalyze research and knowledge creation initiatives that will be used strategically to attract further external opportunities (e.g., partnerships, grants, trainee support programs, corporate sponsorship, NGO collaborations etc.). The Eminence Program has been designed to support clusters that leverage existing strengths and are aligned with the strategic plans of the units, faculties, campus and university.
