Join special guest speaker Tom Ginsburg for an engaging lecture entitled A Constitutional Perspective on Institutional Neutrality. In his talk, Mr. Ginsburg will discuss how comparative constitutional research underscores the importance of politically neutral universities.

Mr. Ginsburg is a Professor Law and the Director of the Forum for Free Enquiry and Expression at the University of Chicago.
