From Overwhelmed to Empowered: Practical Tools for Graduate Student Stress Management

September 6, 2023 at 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Centre For Scholarly Communication

Graduate students face a multitude of stressors, including academic pressure, financial concerns, and the need to balance coursework and research with other responsibilities. These stressors can take a toll on their mental health and well-being, leading to burnout and reduced productivity. To promote healthier and more productive academic and lifestyle habits, this stress-management workshop for students will provide practical tools and strategies to help students succeed in graduate school while reducing stress, anxiety, and burnout.

This workshop is part of our Research Excellence Workshop Leader Initiative (REWLI). To learn more and see the full list of offerings, please visit: https://gradstudies.ok.ubc.ca/professional-development/research-excellence-workshop-leader-initiative/
