Get to Know UBCO Tour at Innovation Precinct Annex 1 with Move UBC

As part of the Get to Know UBCO Tour series and in collaboration with the Move UBC crew and the faculty and departments at Innovation Precinct Annex 1 (IA1), we invite faculty and staff on a journey of movement and exploration as we take a guided walk from the story poles on the campus central Courtyard to IA1, located at 3505 Spectrum Court.
Get to know the UBCO departments and faculties housed within this lesser-known university building and join us for a tour and engaging group sessions.
There will be an exciting Fitbit giveaway happening.
Join for a guided tour or drop in for a visit at Innovation Precinct Annex 1
1 pm: Meet at the story poles on the campus central Courtyard
1 to 1:10 pm: Welcome and brief rundown of the agenda
1:10 to 1:30 pm: Guided walk from campus to IA1
Light refreshments are available throughout the day.
Take part in faculty and department group sessions from:
1:30 to 2:00 pm: Faculty of Science
2:00 to 2:30 pm: Yoga class led by Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies
2:45 pm to 3: 15 pm: Planning and Institutional Research Office and Development and Engagement
3:20 pm to 3:50 pm: Cybersecurity
3.50 to 4.30 pm: Q&A/ Meet and Greet
Be sure to register as space is limited. This tour is open to all faculty and staff.
Refreshments will be provided through our United Way funding. There will be a donation box and some pamphlets available for United Way.
