Indigenous Community Care Beading Workshop

May 22 at 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join Keyara Brody, Indigenous student staff, from the Sexual Violence Prevention & Response Office (SVPRO) for some beading and community care! This workshop creates a safe and supportive space where Indigenous people on our campus can come together to craft and be well.

Keyara is a Sḵwx̱wú7mesh beader. This will be a space where we can ground ourselves in community and crafting. Materials, snacks, and refreshments will be provided, however, we welcome any materials you may want to bring of your own.

Open to Indigenous students, staff, and faculty only.
