Living and Working Well with Stress

Workplace stress can be triggered by many sources: heavy workloads, tight timelines, or difficult co-workers.
When combined with the pressures and responsibilities we all have outside of work, it is no wonder that employees may experience high levels of stress in their daily routines. Left unaddressed, stress can lead to challenges at work, and has the potential to turn into a major mental or physical health concern.
This workshop will teach participants how to effectively manage stress for optimal health, wellbeing, and workplace productivity.
