Planting Pride

March 23 at 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Event Series (See All)
Free

Join the Pride Programmers for community, conversation and celebration of the (near) end of the 2025/26 academic year at Planting Pride, a fun afternoon of terra cotta pot painting and planting! This event is open to Queer undergraduate and graduate students and allies. Refreshments will be provided.

Participants can expect a medium to high level of noise depending on the busyness of the event. Some crowding around tables and tight quarters while painting and planting may occur. Earplugs will be available to all participants.

There will be tables and chairs to work around, and all supplies will be provided. There are gendered and gender-neutral accessible washrooms available on the first and second floors of the UNC building. Folks are welcome to come independently or in a group. If you have any accessibility needs or concerns, please reach out to pride.ubco@ubc.ca prior to the event, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
