Come join UBCO Recreation for a fun, free pride-themed spin class in Studio 3. New to spin? First time visiting the Hangar? Have no fear—each bike is controlled individually by the operator so you’re welcome to push yourself or work within your limits while listening to some queer artists. This themed spin class is free, and open to students, faculty and staff in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community as an offering of Pride Programming 2024/25.
Light refreshments will be served afterwards. Folks can expect there to be up to 18 participants in each class, close proximity to others and loud music.
Registration is limited, please sign up in advance.
Bright workout clothes and water bottles are encouraged!
