In this 2-hour workshop, participants will gain an understanding of what learning outcomes are and the purposes they serve students, instructors, and programs. They will explore options for categorizing learning, and use tips and examples to craft learning outcomes specific to their own academic programs. A rubric will be provided for participants to collaboratively evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their draft learning outcomes.
