Research Connect

Research Connect is an ongoing series designed to inform strategic research planning by providing research faculty and staff the opportunity and space to gather, connect and discuss the future of research, innovation and creative activity.

Hosted by the Office of the Vice-Principal, Research and Innovation, each Research Connect will feature the chance for general conversation and connection over lunch, along with thematic, guided conversation designed to generate ideas, gather feedback and help grow research and innovation at UBCO.

The inaugural Research Connect takes place on Wednesday, April 1, from 11 am to 1 pm in UBCO’s Sunroom (ADM 121). 

For April’s event, we would like attendees to consider the following:

  • As a research-intensive university, what are we uniquely positioned to do at UBCO?
  • What enables you to engage in research, innovation and creative activity at UBCO? (Who? What? Why? How?)
