Research Week: Progressing the Research Pathway

This workshop is designed for researchers at all career stages to discuss sustainable and strategic approaches to research funding pathways. Participants will explore the role of both internal and external funding opportunities and how different funding sources can complement one another. The session will discuss common funding pathways, the purpose of various internal and external programs, and strategies for leveraging one opportunity to position yourself for the next. Attention will be given to disciplinary differences when building and growing your research program. Participants will leave with practical approaches for developing a funding plan that reflects their research goals and long-term aspirations.
