Being an effective supervisor is a key skill for postdoctoral fellows looking at careers within and outside of academia, and is fundamental to building a healthy relationship.

This session uses Rock the Boat, an open educational resource using Research-based Theatre (RbT), to engage postdoctoral fellows in difficult discussions about supervisory relationships and well-being.
