Short Story Contest: Winners Announcement

The winners of the 2022 Okanagan Short Story Contest have been chosen by our Writer in Residence, Naben Ruthnum, and will be announced publicly this Thursday.

The Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies (FCSS) will award the winners of the top three stories:

  • First place: $1,000 cash & a one-week retreat at the Woodhaven Eco Culture Centre
  • Second place: $400 cash
  • Third place: $200 cash
  • High School category: $200 cash to the top short story by a high-school student in the region

The Okanagan Short Story Contest is part of the FCCS Spring Festival, and is co-sponsored by FCCS and the Central Okanagan Foundation.
