Dia Kabunda

She has many names, but she invites you to call her Dia. Ubuntu, meaning – ‘I Am Because You Are’, is Dia’s life walk and she welcomes intercultural and interdisciplinary learning and sharing. As a student, Dia sought out advice from the ACA team and it gives her great pleasure to be able to give back to the current cohort of UBCO students.

Allan Nganga

Graduated from UBCO with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has had the privilege of participating in various roles within the university community, both during and after his studies. Being part of UBCO’s collaborative support network has shown him a strong sense of community in the Okanagan campus. By fostering partnerships with students, faculty, and staff, he works to create an inclusive environment where every student can receive holistic and tailored guidance. He looks forward to helping students make the most of their time at UBCO by getting involved in our communities and working toward their academic, career, and personal goals.
