
Leadership Launchpad: Strengthen Your Leadership for Lasting Impact

Leadership is more than managing people—it’s about fostering a growth mindset, aligning goals, and leading with confidence in a constantly evolving workplace. Leadership Launchpad is a structured, interactive program designed to equip managers with the practical tools and insights needed to develop high-performing teams and navigate leadership challenges effectively.
What to Expect
Building on the success of previous cohorts, this program runs from March to October, combining expert-led workshops with LinkedIn Learning courses and small peer learning circles (3–4 participants) to reinforce practical application. The sessions will be led by a mix of internal experts and external professionals, each offering specialized knowledge in their respective fields.

Who Should Attend?
This program is designed for UBCO faculty and staff who manage people and have direct reports listed in Workday. If you’re responsible for leading and developing a team, this program will equip you with the tools and strategies to enhance your leadership effectiveness. This program is also eligible for professional development funding.
