Building palliative care capacity by engaging generalist providers and patients and families

Dr. Seow will share results from his national randomized trial, called CAPACITI, which tested palliative care education in primary care teams. He will also share the lessons learned from the Waiting Room Revolution podcast and social movement to activate patients and families.
