Community of Practice: Innovative Teaching Techniques and Tools

September 19 at 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm

Instructors are invited to join a monthly facilitated exploration of innovative teaching techniques and tools. Bring your questions, ideas, and experiences to this conversation.

Our topic for this session will be active learning with a lens on student engagement. We will consider:

  • What counts as student engagement?
  • What types of student engagement contribute to the learning of course content?
  • How can active learning play the best role in both student engagement and the learning of course content?

To be added to the listserv for this Community of Practice and to receive the Zoom link to join the session remotely, please email one of the facilitators.
