June 22, 2021 at 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free

Design thinking is defined as a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.” Design thinking aligns with UBC’s strategic themes of collaboration and innovation.

Join us for a lunch hour learning session to gain an overview of Design Thinking & co-creation — proven methods for collaborative innovation. You’ll gain a better understanding of the overall model, as well as stories, tools and approaches to encourage your own steps into the practice.

This session is offered to supervisors and managers that want to integrate design thinking into their leadership practice. Conducted virtually by the team at Domain7, the session will include Q&A and information about more learning opportunities for your team or unit.

Please register in advance using the link below.  Once you have registered, you can expect a follow up confirmation email with details on how to join the session.
