Flowing with Creation Yoga: Indigenous Wellbeing Series

In partnership with the Wellness Centre, UBC Recreation will be hosting a yoga class on Thursday, November 18 at 12 pm, as part of the Indigenous Wellbeing Series.

The class will be held via Zoom and led by instructor Jessica Barudin.

Jessica will lead a slow, gentle vinyasa yoga practice and moving meditation to support balance and creativity. 

Participants must pre-register below to receive the Zoom link.
