Event Series: Thrive

Self-Mastery Through Stress

December 2 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$75

In today’s fast-paced environment, stress is inevitable, but how you respond to it can make all the difference. This session blends neuroscience and practical psychology to help you turn stress from a drain on performance into a catalyst for growth. You’ll gain tools to recognize different types of stress, reframe unhelpful thought patterns and respond to challenges with greater clarity and control.

By the end, you’ll walk away with practical strategies to stay grounded under pressure and keep your focus on areas within your control and influence. The session is designed to spark discussion among peers and connect ideas to real workplace experiences, so come ready to reflect and share.
