Springboard Diving Lessons

Come experience the fun and challenges of springboard diving.
In this four-week crash course, you will learn everything from diving fundamentals to advanced skills.
The practice will be broken into 30-minute dryland training and 1 hour in the water. Looking to try something new, join us.

Tuesday, January 23, 30, February 6 and 13 at H20
Wednsdays, January 24, 31, February 7 and 14 at Rutland Family YMCA
