Virtually (Im)Possible Leadership Program

This program enhances awareness around how leaders tend to show up in volatile, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environments, and what they need to do differently to lead themselves, their teams and organizations.

This 3 session program creates:

• Self-awareness as a leader in times of chaos, leveraging chaos to make decisions and innovate
• Understanding one’s personal threat response to chaos, emotional triggers in themselves and others during times of stress
• Resilience and mental toughness to lead people through the Neutral Zone and into high performance

Each session is intentionally spaced 3 weeks apart to allow participants to embed new behaviours into their leadership practice.  Each participant will be paired with an accountability partner during this time to ensure their commitments to practice are lived up to, and to reinforce the cross-pollination of ideas and thoughts within the group.
