Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking workshop led by Professor Maria Mayan, Associate Director of the Community-University Partnership at the University of Alberta. This in-person workshop is designed to provide participants with a solid understanding of the foundations of qualitative inquiry.

Explore the complexities of conducting online research, addressing topics such as data, privacy, ethics, and security. Participants will engage in interactive activities to gain insights into these areas with speaker Joy Pierce, Associate Professor specializing in digital divides and qualitative research methods, with a focus on ethnographies.
