In this engaging workshop, we will explore the common struggles that arise after setting boundaries, such as guilt and pushback, and the impact these challenges can have on our relationships. We will also look at strategies to effectively manage these reactions.
This online training is designed specifically for managers, supervisors, and team leads who are looking to further support their employees’ mental health and wellbeing.
The Working Mind Virtual: Mental Health Training for Managers.
This is a high engagement training that includes group discussions and breakout rooms. Participation also includes interactions with the group and facilitators via Zoom chat and through PowerPoint annotations.
For participant and facilitator safety, we encourage participants to have your cameras on during the training when possible.
