Join Registered Clinical Counsellor and former UBC researcher, Jan Klimas, PhD, for a community mindfulness session to practice moment-to-moment awareness. This summer series offers a space to continue or renew your mindfulness practice through guided meditation. This session involves a counsellor-led mindfulness meditation of 20-25 minutes long. We will practice attentional focused meditation, body scan, and compassionate friendliness practice.
