Join Registered Clinical Counsellor and former UBC researcher, Jan Klimas, PhD, for a community mindfulness session to practice moment-to-moment awareness. This summer series offers a space to continue or renew your mindfulness practice through guided meditation. This session involves a counsellor-led mindfulness meditation of 20-25 minutes long. We will practice attentional focused meditation, body scan, and compassionate friendliness practice.
Explore the variety of ways that data can be filtered and subset in R. Working with data frames and vectors, data frames, and lists, participants will learn the nuances of extracting portions of a larger data set for analysis.
